Clinical Supervision for LPC-Associates Who Want Their Own Successful Private Practice
Because building a successful business is a whole different challenge than becoming a skilled clinician.
I work with Associates who want clinical AND business mentorship.
With a decade of mental health experience and another ten years in corporate marketing before that, I’ve developed a unique combination of clinical and business skills that have fueled my own successful practice.
Now, I’m eager to share that expertise with my associates and help them thrive!
A few other things you might want to know about me…
- I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and OCD
- In my clinical work, I use CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, Brainspotting, somatic/polyvagal techniques, and IFS (beginner level)
- I teach continuing education classes for clinicians
- I’ve been featured in Time (coming soon!), Newsweek, HuffPost, Canvas Rebel, Dallas Voyage, Style Caster, and others
- I’ve been invited to speak on over 15 podcasts
- I was asked to do an Instagram Live with Dr. Caroline Leaf, internationally-renown neuroscientist and best-selling author
Why supervision with me is different…
My supervision program is designed to provide the unique support needed for therapists aiming to start or grow their own private practices. I’ll help you manage the challenges of entrepreneurship while sharpening your clinical expertise. Most importantly, we’ll ensure you’re practicing ethically, so you can avoid unexpected complaints and stay on solid ground with the Board!
I had a full-time private practice growing into a group practice that has six team members, so I know the ins and outs of managing a successful practice.
Are we the right fit?
You will be working with a supervisor for a minimum of 18 months, so finding the right person is important for both the supervisor and associate!
I might be the right LPC supervisor for you if …
You want support and guidance in how to start and build a successful therapy practice
You are willing to do work between supervision meetings to be the best clinician and business owner you can be
You want a mentor who will identify and help you build on your strengths
You are committed to operating ethically and with the utmost integrity
You want to be challenged to grow in your areas of limitations
Supervision Fees
I do charge a bit more than some supervisors because supervising associates with their own practice means more liability for me. Many supervisors won’t even take on associates with their own practice.
I also offer experience in business and marketing that most other supervisors don’t have. I can teach you things like how to build an email list, get featured in the media, and fill your practice.
That said, with a combination of individual and group supervision, the cost can be as low as $400 a month. I know that’s a lot for an associate… and I believe you will get a good return on that investment!
individual Supervision
We meet 2-4x a month for individual supervision (depends on the availability of associates to do Group Supervision)
$125
Group Supervision
We meet 2x a month for 1 hour of Group supervision (If I have enough Associates available)
$75
